Both of our villas are well appointed, tastefully decorated and continuously updated. New flooring throughout both, new appliances and mattresses and A/C. The lakeside position allows for relaxing hours on the pool deck with wildlife and nature as your rear neighbour. Eagle Pointe is a quiet family-oriented community that is near theme parks. Being centrally located in Kissimmee, Florida, it is a 50-minute drive to the Atlantic Beaches and 70-minute drive to Gulf Beaches. Our Community is governed by The Eagle Pointe Homeowners Property Association . All Lakes are private for homeowners and their guests. Fishing is allowed for guests, catch and release only.

Kissimmee Lakefront Park is a fantastic place to take little ones for the splash pad and 2 ultra modern playgrounds, covered picnic areas, watch fireworks, or sit on an Adirondack chair and watch wildlife. Go fishing from the pier in Lake Toho. The paved boardwalk is an excellent place to exercise or just walk
